Sunil Das is an Indian expressionist painter.[1] He is popular for his paintings, Bull Series and woman.[2]

Sunil Das was born in Calcutta, India.
He joined the Government College of Art & Craft, Kolkata in 1955, then won a French Government Scholarship to study at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris.
Sunil das joined Government of India's Handloom division, Ministry of Textile.
He was inspired by the force and the strength of the moving horse. His works revolve around Man-Woman relationships, Woman in her sexual empowerment and In her loneliness.[3] He had around 88 solo exhibitions across the world including Biennales, Paris.
He is the founder member of Society of Contemporary Artists.
Sunil Das lives in Kolkata.
